As a club run facility Nowra Speedway exists to benefit our members and progress the sport of speedway. The new Nowra Speedway calendar will provide our members with a number of practice days, nine race meetings, and close out the season with our almost legendary Sponsor and Supporter Appreciation and Presentation Day and BBQ. As always we will endeavour to provide competitors with plenty of track time each and every night with three heats and a feature completed before the 10.30 curfew always our aim.
Our pit gate price will remain at $40, with a five dollar discount for NASR members, plus a further five dollar reduction for club members. The nett result is members with NASR cards will pay $30 to get into the pits. No nomination fees apply, except for Title events. Practice nights will be open to club members only, that is the car owner and/or driver must be a club member, with pit access on the night being $20 per head. We will kick off the season with practice events before starting racing in early November. In a change from tradition, Nowra Speedway will stage a mid season practice in February, then get back into racing again until around Easter.
